Role Summary
Store Operations Lead is responsible for ensuring our on-ground operations team (pickers/scanners) are manage efficiently.
Role Scope
- Scheduling: Ensuring allocation of pickers and scanners is done consistently and in the best way possible
- Negotiations: Ensuring we are getting best deal from our 3PL partners
- Efficiency: Ensuring that on-ground teams are operating at maximum output
- Training: Ensuring that on-ground teams are trained properly and know what they're doing
- Quality output: Ensuring that the output of the picking and scanning is what is desired and taking necessary actions
Skills & Qualifications Needed
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to think on their feet and come up with creative solutions to problems
- Strong negotiations skills - Ability to motivate a junior team and simplify concepts
- Prior experience in operational roles (specifically roles that had QC aspects or scheduling aspects) is a plus
