  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, such as Global GAP and ISO standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure irrigation and fertilization systems are integrated with other farm operations.
  • Conduct research on innovative technologies and methodologies to enhance irrigation and fertilization practices.
  • Lead, motivate, and supervise a team of irrigation and fertilization specialists.
  • Provide guidance on best practices, conduct training programs, and ensure the team's continuous development.
  • Coordinate and allocate resources effectively, including water, fertilizers, and equipment.
  • Ensure the maintenance and proper functioning of irrigation and fertilization systems.
  • Collect and analyze data related to irrigation and fertilization performance.
  • Prepare regular reports highlighting key metrics, trends, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field. Advanced degrees are preferred.

  • Proven track record of successfully leading teams in the agriculture sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of irrigation and fertilization systems, technologies, and methodologies.
