- Monitor and assess pest populations, recommending appropriate control methods.
- Implement preventive measures to minimize the risk of infestations.
- Supervise and coordinate the application of pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and GAP standards.
- Maintain accurate records of any PM applications.
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in plant protection technologies.
- Collaborate with research and development teams to test and implement innovative solutions.

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Bachelor’s degree in agriculture, Plant Science, or related field.
- 3 years Proven experience in plant protection, pest management, or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of integrated pest management principles and practices.
- Leadership and team management skills.
- Familiarity with agricultural machinery and plant protection equipment.
- Excellent communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with other departments.
- Understanding of safety and environmental regulations related to chemical applications.
- Continuous learning mindset and willingness to stay updated on industry trends.
