Senior Data Engineer (Alteryx & Tableau)

We are seeking experienced and highly skilled Expert Data Analytics Engineer services with a specialization in Alteryx and Tableau, and additional knowledge of Oracle OBIEE as an added value, who also has team leader experience and is fully aware of databases and different data sources. As an Expert Data Analytics Engineer and Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into valuable information, contributing to data-driven decision-making across the organization, while also leading and developing your team's capabilities

o   Lead and manage a team of data analysts, providing guidance and support.

o   Define team objectives, set priorities, and oversee project assignments.

o   Mentor and develop team members to enhance their skills and expertise.

§ Data Collection and Integration (Alteryx):

o   Utilize Alteryx to efficiently gather, cleanse, and integrate data from various sources, including databases and different data sources.

o   Develop workflows in Alteryx for ETL processes and data preparation.

o   Ensure data quality and consistency in Alteryx workflows.

§ Data Analysis and Exploration (Alteryx and Tableau):

o   Use Alteryx to apply advanced statistical and data transformation techniques.

o   Build predictive models and data insights using Alteryx.

o   Create interactive and informative data visualizations, reports, and dashboards in Tableau.

§ Data Visualization (Tableau):

o   Leverage Tableau to design and develop visually appealing and insightful dashboards.

o   Present data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders using Tableau.

o   Collaborate with business analysts to create user-friendly Tableau reports.

§ Machine Learning and Predictive Analytics (Alteryx):

o   Build and deploy predictive models in Alteryx for various business applications.

o   Optimize Alteryx workflows for machine learning and data analytics efficiency.

o   Collaborate with data scientists to develop and deploy machine learning solutions using Alteryx.

§ Data Engineering (Alteryx and Oracle OBIEE):

o   Collaborate with data engineers to design and maintain data pipelines using Alteryx.

o   Ensure data architecture is scalable, efficient, and meets business needs.

o   Leverage knowledge of Oracle OBIEE for advanced data engineering tasks when needed.

§ Data Governance and Compliance:

o   Ensure data privacy and compliance with data protection regulations using Alteryx and Oracle OBIEE.

o   Establish and maintain data governance best practices within the organization.

§ Continuous Learning and Innovation:

o   Stay current with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in Alteryx, Tableau, and Oracle OBIEE.

o   Explore new data sources and methodologies to enhance analytics capabilities.

§ Cross-Functional Collaboration:

o   Collaborate with other departments to understand their data needs and provide data-driven solutions.

o   Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives.
