SearchPlus HR, a trusted human resources consulting firm, is currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Consultant/Specialist ENT to join our team. As a Consultant/Specialist ENT at SearchPlus HR, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the field of otolaryngology.
As a Consultant/Specialist ENT, you will focus on diagnosing and treating disorders and conditions related to the ear, nose, and throat. You will evaluate patients, perform diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and recommend surgical interventions when necessary. Your expertise and commitment to providing exceptional patient care will contribute to the well-being of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and perform comprehensive ear, nose, and throat examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as audiograms, nasal endoscopies, and laryngoscopies
- Diagnose and treat various ear, nose, and throat disorders and conditions, including allergies, sinusitis, hearing loss, and vocal cord disorders
- Prescribe medications, such as antibiotics, antihistamines, and pain relievers
- Recommend surgical interventions, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, and septoplasties
- Perform surgical procedures within your area of expertise
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of otolaryngology through continuous learning and professional development

متطلبات الوظيفة
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant/Specialist ENT
- Proven experience in diagnosing and treating disorders and conditions of the ear, nose, and throat
- Strong knowledge of otolaryngology principles, practices, and treatment options
- Expertise in interpreting diagnostic tests, such as audiograms and endoscopies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented mindset and ability to prioritize and manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex otolaryngology cases
