Job Overview:

Invitro Capital is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced CRM Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective CRM strategies and managing our customer database. As a CRM Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring efficient customer relationship management, optimizing customer interactions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise in CRM systems and data analysis will contribute to the success of our portfolio companies by maximizing customer retention, engagement, and overall customer lifetime value.

CRM Manager, Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute CRM strategies to enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Manage and maintain our CRM system, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Segment and analyze customer data to identify patterns, trends, and insights.
  • Create and implement targeted marketing campaigns based on customer segments and preferences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize customer interactions and touchpoints.
  • Monitor and analyze customer behavior and feedback to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams on CRM systems and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and customer experience.
