Partnerships Manager will be responsible for developing and managing strategic partnerships with external organizations, businesses, and key stakeholders.

Roles and responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate potential partners based on strategic goals and objectives.
  • Develop a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with the organization's mission and business objectives.
  • Initiate and nurture relationships with potential partners through effective communication and collaboration.
  • Draft and finalize partnership agreements, outlining terms, expectations, and deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for partners, fostering positive and productive relationships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Monitor and evaluate the success of partnerships, making adjustments as needed.
  • Facilitate communication between internal teams and external partners to ensure alignment on goals and expectations.
  • Coordinate joint marketing and promotional activities to maximize the impact of partnerships.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related role.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Familiarity with relevant industry trends and key players.
