• Lead and manage a team of integration and middleware support professionals.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the integration and middleware support team.

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality support services to internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex integration and middleware issues.

• Develop and implement best practices for integration and middleware support processes.

• Continuously monitor and improve team performance and efficiency.

• Keep up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in integration and middleware.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or its equivalent.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Middleware and integration in the Banking sector or telecom.
  • 1+ leading a team of more than 3 members
  • Operating system fundamentals (Linux, AIX, Windows)
  • Good Knowledge of DBs (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2,)
  • Good knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift platform
  • Java Fundamentals Knowledge
  • IBM Websphere application server administration.
  • Good Knowledge of IBM MQ
  • Good Knowledge of IBM App
  • Good Knowledge of Scripting, Automation, and Monitoring tools

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Problem management and incident management skills
  • Weblogic App server administration.
  • DevOps Tools
