  • Lead and manage a team of digital application support analysts to ensure the smooth operation and support of digital applications.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to understand application requirements and provide expert support and guidance.
  • Manage incident and problem resolution, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.
  • Develop and implement best practices for application support processes and procedures.
  • Ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met and maintained.
  • Collaborate with vendors and external partners to address application-related issues and ensure service delivery.
  • Monitor application performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide regular reporting and updates to management on application support activities and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in digital applications.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or its equivalent.
  • 5+ years of relevant experience in Supporting digital applications in the Banking sector or fintech.
  • 1+ leading a team of more than 3 members
  • Operating system fundamentals (Linux, AIX, Windows)
  • DBs Basics (Oracle, Ms SQL, DB2)
  • Java development    
  • Experience in following web technologies like CSS and HTML 
  • Good knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift platform
  • Android/IOS Mobile Apps
