We are currently seeking a highly motivated Insurance Agent to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role will be to sell motor insurance policies to prospective clients.
● Develop and maintain a client base by actively prospecting and generating leads for motor insurance
policies.
● Conduct thorough assessments of clients' insurance needs and provide suitable motor insurance
solutions tailored to their requirements.
● Present and explain motor insurance policy options, coverage details, and pricing to clients, ensuring
a clear understanding of the terms and conditions.
● Collaborate with underwriters and insurance companies to obtain accurate quotes and policy
information for clients.
● Prepare and present insurance proposals and negotiate terms and premiums with clients to secure
policy sales.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, policy details, and sales activities in
the designated CRM system.
● Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries, resolving
concerns, and offering post-sales support as needed.
● Stay updated on industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and new product offerings to
effectively communicate and educate clients.
● Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall team's sales objectives.

- A Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 2 years’ of experience as a Insurance Agent in UAE
- Experience in using CRM software/Apps (Preferred Salesforce)
- Valid UAE driver’s licence and willingness to hit the road to meet new and existing clients.
- In-depth knowledge of motor insurance products, coverage options, and industry regulations.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills with a demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Ability to analyse clients' needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and time management abilities.
- Highly presentable with a responsible and professional attitude.
- High ethical standards and adherence to confidentiality guidelines.
- Strong customer service attitude and a drive for success.
