  • Provide technical support and assistance for integration and middleware systems.
  • Monitor and troubleshoot integration and middleware applications to ensure smooth operation.
  • Respond to user inquiries and issues related to integration and middleware systems.
  • Perform system maintenance, upgrades, and patches.
  • Create and maintain documentation of system configurations, processes, and procedures.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex integration issues.
  • Work on integration and middleware projects, including system design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Conduct performance tuning and optimization of integration and middleware systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in integration and middleware technologies.

متطلبات الوظيفة

Essential Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.

· 3+ years of relevant experience in Middleware and integration in the Banking sector or telecom.

· Good knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift platform

· Operating system fundamentals (Linux, AIX, Windows)

· Good Knowledge of DBs (Oracle, MS SQL, DB2,)

· Good knowledge of Kubernetes or OpenShift platform

· Java Fundamentals Knowledge

· IBM Websphere application server administration.

· Good Knowledge of IBM MQ

· Good Knowledge of IBM App Connect

Preferred Qualifications:

· Problem management and incident management skills

· Weblogic App server administration.
