As a Nail Master, you will be responsible for providing exceptional nail services to our valued clients, ensuring that each experience is a relaxing and enjoyable one. Responsibilities
- Perform a wide range of nail services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail art, in accordance with our salon's standards
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in nail art, techniques, and products
- Provide a warm and welcoming environment for clients, ensuring they feel comfortable and relaxed during their visit
- Maintain a clean and organized work station, following all sanitation and sterilization procedures
- Engage with clients, actively listening to their needs and preferences, and provide expert advice on nail care and maintenance
- Upsell salon products and services to increase revenue and meet sales targets
- Build and maintain a strong client base through exceptional service and an outstanding customer experience
