Design, develop, and customize Siebel CRM application modules to meet business and technical requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Siebel CRM with other applications and systems.
Analyze and troubleshoot technical issues, providing timely resolutions and implementing preventive measures.
Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, configuration guides, and test scripts.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Perform the assigned project technical tasks.
Work closely with the business analysis team, business owner, and Architecture to analyze business requirements.
Deliver projects with high quality and on time.
Work closely with other IT teams to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of the requirements.
Comply with the CBE and AML rules and regulations.
Owns the responsibility of the requirements end-to-end from the analysis and design phase till the post-production checks.

Qualifications:

· 3plus Years of experience in configuration, Deployment, and fine-tuning Siebel CRM
· Excellent understanding of Siebel Best Practices
· Expert in Workflow, EScript, EIM, TaskUI.
· Hands experience in configuring Inbound and Outbound web services, JMS, and Rest APIs
· Experience in Siebel Open UI PM and PR
· Hands-on experience in configuring Assignment Manager criteria and WL Distribution
· Experience in Siebel Marketing, Lead Management
· Experience in Java, JQuery, HTML, and CSS is desired
