seeking an experienced and dedicated End User Technical Support Engineer to join our team. As an End User Technical Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to end users, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring timely resolution of technical problems. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate documentation, tracking support tickets, and escalating complex issues to the appropriate teams. The ideal candidate is customer-focused, detail-oriented, and has excellent communication skills.   • Essential Qualifications:
    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or its equivalent.
    • 2+ years of experience in end users’ level 2 support.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
    • An ITIL qualification is preferable
    • Microsoft Certification is a plus (MCSE or MCSA)
    • Experience in remote support using SCCM
    • Experience in End-user technologies
    • Experience in Information Technology Industries, Service Providers & Banking sectors

    • Good command of English and Arabic languages
    • Good Communication and presentation skills
    • Good Knowledge in End-user technologies
    • Good Analytical Thinking and problem-solving skills
