Our client is a leading financial company operating in Sudan & North Africa. is looking for Scrum Master. The Scrum Master plays a pivotal role in guiding our tech team, ensuring adherence to agile practices, and
delivering projects efficiently. A key aspect of this role involves directly supporting the Chief Technology Officer
(CTO) by actively organizing, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of development projects. The Scrum
Master will lead the development team in following tasks, processes, and priorities and will proactively address
and eliminate obstacles to ensure a smooth delivery.
Successful candidates should have an in-depth grasp of agile practices and a proven ability to manage, mentor,
and elevate tech teams. Exceptional interpersonal, project management, and problem-solving abilities are
essential for this role.
Duties/Responsibilities:
1. Utilize agile methodology values, principles, and practices to effectively plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
2. Actively support the CTO by organizing, monitoring, and reporting on the progress of development projects.
3. Address and eliminate impediments and obstacles that might hinder the development team's progress.
4. Determine and manage tasks, issues, risks, and action items.
5. Ensure the development team remains engaged and adheres to Scrum methodologies.
6. Monitor team progress and performance, suggesting and implementing improvements when necessary.
7. Communicate team velocity, progress, and other relevant metrics to stakeholders.
8. Plan, organize, and oversee demos, product/system testing, and feedback sessions.
9. Foster a culture of continuous process improvement within the development team.
10. Prepare and present detailed status reports to stakeholders, including the CTO
متطلبات الوظيفة
1. Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred.
2. Scrum Master Certification, SAFe preferred.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Scrum Master role or similar.
4. Proficient knowledge of agile methodologies, techniques, and frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban.
5. Demonstrable leadership and team management experience.
6. Strong project management skills, with a focus on timely deliverable and stakeholder collaboration.
7. Excellent communication, both written and spoken, and presentation abilities.
8. Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
9. Proficiency in the English language.
