The Project Planning and Performance Executive in Operations team is responsible for analysing data, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensuring the efficient handling of data processes. The primary objective of this role is to utilize insights from our existing datasets to drive strategic decision-making and enhance operational effectiveness.

In this role, you will:

• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Track and monitor team KPIs to assess performance and identify areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to communicate key insights to stakeholders
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure informed decision making
• Provide recommendations based on insights to optimize business processes and drive growth
• Support in the implementation of data-driven initiatives and projects
• Review our process flows and SOPs to find areas of improvement
