As an Audit Associate, you will play a vital role in performing audits and assurance engagements for our clients. You will work closely with our experienced team to deliver accurate, thorough, and efficient audit services. Key Responsibilities:

Audit Engagement Execution:

Assist in planning and executing audit procedures by audit standards and regulations

Conduct substantive testing, analytical procedures, and tests of controls to assess the reliability of financial statements.

Financial Statement Analysis:

Analyze and review financial statements to identify anomalies, trends, and potential audit issues.

Collaborate with senior team members to ensure compliance with accounting standards.

Working Papers and Documentation:

Prepare detailed working papers to support audit findings and conclusions.

Maintain organized and well-documented audit files for future reference.

Audit Reporting:

Assist in the preparation of audit reports, including findings and recommendations for clients.

Collaborate with senior team members to ensure the accuracy and completeness of audit deliverables.

Continuous Learning:

Stay informed about relevant audit standards, regulations, and industry developments.

Participate in ongoing professional development and training programs.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate effectively with other team members to achieve audit objectives and ensure the smooth progression of engagements.

Seek guidance and support from senior staff when needed.

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Progress toward CPA certification is preferred.
  • 0-2 years of accounting or auditing experience, preferably in a public accounting setting.
  • Basic knowledge of auditing standards (e.g., GAAS) and financial reporting standards (e.g., GAAP).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Fluent in English.
