Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced SAP Emarsys Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a SAP Emarsys Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP Emarsys solutions to meet the business needs of the clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, analyze requirements, and provide strategic guidance to enhance the client’s marketing automation capabilities.
What you'll be doing:
Implementation and Integration:
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP Emarsys solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and business processes.
- Configure and customize Emarsys functionalities to align with business requirements.
Strategic Consultation:
- Collaborate with marketing and IT teams to understand business objectives and provide strategic guidance on leveraging SAP Emarsys for marketing automation.
Solution Design:
- Develop and design scalable and effective SAP Emarsys solutions, considering best practices and industry standards.
- Create technical documentation to capture solution designs, configurations, and customizations.
Optimization and Support:
- Monitor and analyze the performance of SAP Emarsys solutions, identifying opportunities for optimization and improvement.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and resolution for any issues related to Emarsys functionality.
Training and Knowledge Sharing:
- Conduct training sessions for end-users and internal teams on SAP Emarsys features and functionalities.
- Share expertise and insights with team members, fostering a collaborative learning environment.

What we need from you
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, related field or Business
- Administration.
- Certification in SAP Emarsys.
- Proven experience as a SAP Emarsys Consultant or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of SAP Emarsys functionalities and capabilities.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation principles and practices.
- Proficient in configuring and customizing SAP Emarsys solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities.
