Executive Assistant
Location: Dubai, UAE
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
Efficiently manage the General Manager's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Handle information flow to and from the General Manager, ensuring timely relay of critical details.
Excel in utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and organizational tasks.
Provide administrative support, including drafting emails, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.
Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills to address issues before they escalate.
Perform Receptionist duties approximately 10-20% of the time, including answering calls, welcoming guests, and managing front office tasks.

Assistance with obtaining a work visa and Emirates ID, as well as medical insurance and other social benefits.
Support and investment in employees' professional development, including opportunities to participate in training, seminars, and conferences.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role for at least 3 years.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting.
Exceptional organizational abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
Proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
