Executive Assistant

Location: Dubai, UAE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the General Manager and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Efficiently manage the General Manager's schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Handle information flow to and from the General Manager, ensuring timely relay of critical details.
  • Excel in utilizing Microsoft Excel for data analysis, reporting, and organizational tasks.
  • Provide administrative support, including drafting emails, preparing presentations, and managing documentation.
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving skills to address issues before they escalate.
  • Perform Receptionist duties approximately 10-20% of the time, including answering calls, welcoming guests, and managing front office tasks.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
  • Proactive, efficient, and capable of managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
