Accounts Payable Team Leader - French/ Turkish

Our client is one of the world leading companies in packaging solutions and is renowned throughout the world for producing plastic packaging of the highest quality. 23,300 employees work across 47 countries in 196 production plants to produce high-quality plastic packaging for brands in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, oil and lubricant, home, and beauty care industries.

They are currently Lunching their Shared Service Center and looking to hire Accounts Payable Team Leader - French/ Turkish speaker.

AP Team Leader is responsible to supervise monthly payable and accrual transactions, maintain appropriate accrual levels for the company, supervise journal entries, ensure monthly account reconciliations are done, accounts payable oversight, make sure vendor transactions are done.

▪ Establish, lead and further develop the Accounts Payable Team with up 10 employees

▪ Actively contribute and ensure successful AP transitions into the new organizational unit

▪ Monitoring and continuous optimization of Accounts Payable processes

▪ Service and recipient-oriented communication with internal and external interfaces

▪ Monitoring of KPIs and derivation of measures for their optimization

▪ Manage the Accounts Payables operations within the organizational unit in accordance with the strategic goals and corporate guidance

▪ Coordination of closing activities as well as processing and clarification of special issues

▪ Coordination and management of the team

•Broad understanding of the related functional areas Experience in working in a service unit in a line function for an international enterprise desirable Experience in process management, quality management and methods & tools for continuous improvement process are beneficial Relevant experience in D365 is desirable.
