Accounts Receivable Team Leader (AR) - French/Turkish

Our client is one of the world leading companies in packaging solutions and is renowned throughout the world for producing plastic packaging of the highest quality. 23,300 employees work across 47 countries in 196 production plants to produce high-quality plastic packaging for brands in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, oil and lubricant, home, and beauty care industries.

They are currently Lunching their Shared Service Center and looking to hire Accounts Receivable Team Leader (AR)- French/ Turkish speaker.

AR Team Leader is responsible to supervise monthly receivable transactions, supervise customer invoices, follows up with concerned department and customers on collections. Manages all collection side on the bank reconciliation and manages VAT sales matters.

Key Roles & Responsibilities ▪ Establish, lead and further develop the Accounts Receivables Team with around 10 employees in Cairo

▪ Actively contribute and ensure successful AR transitions into the new organizational unit

▪ Monitoring and continuous optimization of accounts receivables processes

▪ Service and recipient-oriented communication with internal and external interfaces

▪ Monitoring of KPIs and derivation of measures for their optimization

▪ Manage the Accounts Receivables operations within the organizational unit in accordance with strategic goals and corporate guidance

▪ Coordination of closing activities as well as processing and clarification of special issues

▪ Coordination and management of the team

Functional Competencies • Broad understanding of the related functional areas Experience in working in a service unit in a line function for an international enterprise desirable Experience in process management, quality management and methods & tools for continuous improvement process are beneficial Relevant experience in D365 is desirable.

• Additional experience in ERP is beneficial.
