Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategies to maximize agricultural productivity and efficiency
• Manage the overall planning and execution of planting, cultivation, and harvesting of crops
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Supervise and provide guidance to the agricultural team
• Monitor and analyze agricultural performance metrics
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize agricultural operations
• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in agricultural practices
• Manage budgeting and cost control for agricultural operations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Agriculture or related field
• Proven experience in agricultural management
• Strong knowledge of crop cultivation techniques and practices
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
• Experience in the FMCG industry is preferred
