5. Preparing and sending visitors' reports to the line manager.
6. Helping with the recruitment process by "communicating with the job applicants to send their CV and schedule an interview with them"
7. Coordination with the Human Resources Department to conduct the Interview for the required jobs.
8. Coordination in the event of an internal training in the company, equipping the training room, and ensuring and arranging the methods used in training.
9. Monitoring attendance and departure and overtime through a monthly fingerprint
10. Keeping the forms for the human resources department regarding permits, vacations, overtime and penalties, and handing them over to company employees in case of demand.
11. Preparing an Excel Sheet with permissions, times of attendance, departure, overtime, vacations and penalties.
12. Carrying out printing work for all sections.
13. Check the front desk tidy and organized.
14. Preparing directors' schedules for internal work.
15. Answer visitors and customers' inquiries by phone about "Speed Tech" and the nature of the services and products it provides.
