  • We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Direct Sales Representative. As a Direct Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and managing a strong customer base and driving revenue growth through direct sales efforts.
  • Responsibilities
    • Build and maintain effective relationships with customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting.
    • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the unique value proposition of our products.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share.
    • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
    • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, highlighting achievements and identifying areas for improvement.

    • Proven track record of success in direct sales
    • experience from 1- 3 years in a similar role.
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence customers.
    • Self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Proficient in using customer relationship management (CRM) software to track and manage sales activities.
    • Excellent negotiation and persuasive skills, with the ability to close sales deals.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose customized solutions.
