  • Branches Vacancies:

1. Banking Services Representative (Teller – Customer Service – Sales) – Across Egypt:

• Ensure all transactions are aligned with latest Banque Misr policies and procedures, this includes alignment with compliance and KYC standards set by the bank. • Execute variety of transactions and services which include accepting payments for different types of accounts, cashing checks, checking account balances, transferring funds.
• Identify Sales Referrals
• Ensure that cash drawer is balanced with the settlement sheet and recover any shortages /overages.

Requirements:

• Experience: 0-3 years in banking services at branches network • University degree (Graduation year: from 2021 – 2023)
• Minimum graduation grade: Good
• English language proficiency
• Excellent command of PC skills especially (MS Office)
• Have good Soft Skills (Communication and Presentation skills)
• Never been tested by Banque Misr
• No Relatives till 3rd degree

2. VIP Relationship Manager:

• Build a strong relationship with existing and targeted VIP clients. • Achieve sales targets for BM products matching VIP Clients’ needs.

• Provide the best level of sales services and support to the segment of VIP customers by meeting their banking needs for the best quality service.

• Visit and communicate with VIP clients on a regular basis, along with increasing sales. • Attract new VIP customers.

• Work on the customer's permanent satisfaction.

• Deliver financial and non-financial services that meet VIP customers’ needs.

• Communicate with support departments to provide the best service to the VIP customers and report central administration in case of problem.

• Follow up with the senior customer service officer on a daily basis to ensure that all banking transactions comply with high-quality standards and speed.

Requirements:

• University degree • Banking experience from 3-7 years

• Experience in Sales & Marketing of Banking Products

• English Language proficiency

• Very good to excellent Communication skills

• Never been tested by Banque Misr

3. VIP Customer Service Officer:

• Execute all banking transactions for the segment of VIP customers with the best quality, while fulfilling all required documents.

• Provide the best level of services and support to the segment of VIP customers.

• Support the Senior Client Relationship Manager in providing and selling financial products and services all clients.

• Work on nominating VIP clients for the Senior Client Relationship Manager.

• Carry out tasks related to data updating operations and following up on the delivered cards & gifts provided to the VIP segment.

Requirements:

• University Degree

• Banking Experience from 2-5 years

• Experience in Sales & Marketing of Banking Products

• English Language proficiency

• Very good to Excellent Communication skills

• Never been tested by Banque Misr

• No Relatives till 3rd degree

  • Head Office Positions:

1. Corporate banking credit analyst:

Job Description:

  • Marketing BM products and attracting new potential customers
  • Doing customer visits and previews according to the credit policies.
  • Preparing Credit memos to be presented to the credit granting committee.
  • Collecting the required documents from clients and aligning between the client and the concerned branch to finalize the credit granting conditions and reviewing the client’s credit profile to ensure its completion.
  • Credit follow up on existing regular clients and following up on default clients according to the set policies and procedures.
  • Preparing monthly reports on the credit cases followed up by them.
  • Pinpointing the reasons for rejecting clients, discussing them with the direct supervisor them communicate the info to the concerned clients.

  • Fresh - 4 years of experience in corporate banking

2. SME's Credit Analyst:

Job Description:

3. Corporate Risk Analyst:

Job Description:

  • Receive and review Credit Proposal Memos (CPMs) from different Business Lines either for new credit relationship, renewal, overrun, or special transactions.
  • Identifying all types of risks that surrounds the credit case, its degree and whither it is mitigated or not.
  • Preparing numerical risk rating that is divided into financial & nonfinancial factors, on which our risk recommendation will be based on.
  • Preparing Credit risk memos to be presented to the Risk committee.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh to 7 years relevant experience.
  • University Graduate with grade Good (minimum).
  • Credit certified.
  • English Language proficiency.
  • Cairo resident.

4. Investment Officer:

Job Description:

  • Publishing valuation reports.
  • Building, updating, and fine-tuning complex financial and valuation models for companies under coverage.
  • Communicating with investor relations teams and the management of the companies under coverage and building relationships with them.
  • Building relationships with multiple institutional clients whilst answering their inquiries and requests.

Qualifications:

  • Fresh to 7 years relevant experience.
  • University Graduate with grade Good (minimum).
  • Credit certified.
  • English Language proficiency.
  • Cairo resident.

5. Treasury Officer:

Job Description:

  • Play an integral role in being part of recently established dynamic department at Banque Misr Assist the Relationship Manager in business generation through marketing new products and relationships.
  • Prepare preliminary credit analysis of new and existing clients for the purpose of extending credit facilities.
  • Observe the quality of the portfolio through risk assessment, close monitoring and control on the accounts.
  • Ensure quality service to all customers Ensure the NBFI clients are properly served across all banking areas Manage daily operations of the clients in coordination with the relevant internal stakeholders.

Qualifications:

6. GTB Officer:

Job Description:

  • Assist / Handle client portfolios.
  • Overview clients' daily operations.
  • Expand portfolio by including new to bank clients.
  • Handling all operational, financial and non-financial transactions.
  • Proposing new solutions for collections & receivables.
  • Conclude FX transactions related to business.

Qualifications:

  • 0 - 4 Years of Experience

7. Admin Assistant:

Job Description:

• Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies.

• Providing real-time scheduling support by booking appointments and preventing conflicts.

• Making travel arrangements, such as booking flights, cars, and making hotel and restaurant reservations.

• Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

• Using computers to generate reports, transcribe minutes from meetings, create presentations, and conduct research.

• Greet and assist visitors.

• Handling all correspondents and ensure timely response to all received communication.

Qualifications:

• 2 - 5 Years of Experience

• Banking experience

• University graduate with grade Good (Minimum)

8. IT Specialist:

• Graduated from computer science, Engineering (networks & communication) , Business Informatic & Business Information System.

• Fresh - 4 years of experience in IT

  • HR Positions:

1. Senior Recruitment Specialist:

Job Description:

• Discuss and establish qualification requirements and terms and conditions of employment with managers.

• Formulate detailed job descriptions and posting them.

• Conduct phone calls or meetings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates.

• Interview candidates on the shortlist and maintaining a database on employees for future vacancies.

• Provide full recruiting services to the hiring managers including sourcing candidates, ongoing candidate interaction, interviewing and assessing candidates, completing online recruitment systems and ensure the compliance process, and offer negotiation, etc.

Qualifications:

• 8 - 10 years of experience in HR

• Experience in mass hiring

• English language proficiency

2. Recruitment Specialist:

Job Description:

• Sourcing & screening applicants, conducting interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications.

• Conduct interviews for the requested vacancies.

• Monitoring the internal and external job posting program.

• Establish contacts with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.

• Participate in recruitment activities such as employment fairs.

3. Recruitment Operations Manager:

Job Description:

• Follow up on the hiring and recruitment end to end process

• Review monthly database

• Manage data collection and data analysisto achieve productivity targets, eliminate errors, and improve th efficiency of the recruitment process

• Create detailed reports on the recruitment process: ex.: time to hire, quality of hires

• Responsible for orgsnizing employment activities end to end

• 8-10 years of Experience

4. Talent Management Specialist

Job Description:

• Design & executive Banque Misr’s graduate program to attract young talents & increase employer brand attractiveness
• Oversee the design & delivery of the HIPOs program & participate with the business in the identification of talents across all the sectors
• Participate in the establishment of the succession strategy for leadership and critical roles, and oversee its implementation
• Facilitate and ensure effective conversations with business executives and communicate succession planning assessment results & its related implications for the development program
• Provide succession planning analytics to the business as needed
• Cooperate with the assessment center & learning & development teams in order to design & execute talent initiatives
• Coordinate any relevant talent management initiatives with Egyptian Banking Institute
• Ensure the integration of all talent management initiatives in the bank

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in learning & development or talent management or any related field
• Bachlor degree in Business Administration, Management or Humen Resources
• English language proficiency
