Review the structural design drawings received from the structural consultant
Coordinate structural drawings with architectural drawings & MEP drawings
Coordinate project management activities with MTP drawings, resources, equipment and information.
Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management
Make sure that clients’ needs are met as projects evolve
prepare BOQ and quantity survey
Analyze risks and opportunities
Oversee project procurement management
Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
Collaborate with architects and contractors to address any structural concerns or modifications during the construction phase.
Work with the Project Manager to eliminate blockers

· Proven work experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role

· Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering

· Minimum of 5 years of experience in structural engineering

· Proficient in the use of structural analysis and design software

· Knowledge of building codes and regulations

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment

· Attention to detail and strong organizational skills

· Experience with project management and the ability to meet deadlines

· Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software is preferred
