· Administrate VoIP applications on a basic level.
· Investigate escalations from the service desk.
· Monitor application availability and respond to alarms.
· Identify Endpoints and network issues.
· Troubleshoot configuration issues.
· Coordinate changes with vendors.
• Collaborate with a team of engineers and IT professionals to design, implement, and support collaboration solutions.
• Assist in deploying and configuring collaboration tools such as video conferencing systems, instant messaging platforms, and document-sharing platforms.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to collaboration systems and tools.
• Provide training and support to end-users on collaboration tools and functionalities.
• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls for collaboration systems.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in collaboration technologies.
Bachelor of communication engineering or computer science required.
· Minimum 1 year experience with Cisco endpoints (IP Phones, Telepresence,
· Minimum 1 year of Cisco Call Manager hands experience.
· Good knowledge of collaboration environment.
· Network basics, CCNA certification is a plus.
· Basic experience with Voice gateways.
· Good troubleshooting skills.
