Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
Record customer purchase order details and always update client records.
Keep an updated customer database.
Generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
Manage customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
Use sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
Use the data provided by the marketing team to pursue promising leads with persuasion and persistence.
Convert difficult leads into customers.
متطلبات الوظيفة
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
Proven experience working as a Telesales executive for not less than 3 years.
Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication and sales skills.
Great interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Exceptional customer service skills.
Hand-on experience with sales tools and CRM software like MS D365 and HubSpot.
