  • Reach out to existing and potential customers to present our product and service offering.
  • Record customer purchase order details and always update client records.
  • Keep an updated customer database.
  • Generate promising leads for the outside sales team to pursue.
  • Manage customer accounts by ensuring that existing customers remain satisfied with company products and services.
  • Use sales scripts proffered by the company to drive sales and respond to customer rejections.
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences.
  • Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets for call volume and sales.
  • Use the data provided by the marketing team to pursue promising leads with persuasion and persistence.
  • Convert difficult leads into customers.

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven experience working as a Telesales executive for not less than 3 years.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills.
  • Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication and sales skills.
  • Great interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional customer service skills.
  • Hand-on experience with sales tools and CRM software like MS D365 and HubSpot.
