Create and execute customized success plans for each client, outlining key milestones, objectives, and success criteria to drive adoption and value realization.
Engage with clients to assess their needs, address any issues or concerns, and identify opportunities to upsell or expand our services.
Provide continuous guidance, share best practices, and deliver training to clients, enabling them to maximize the value of our solutions and achieve their business objectives.
Monitor client health and usage metrics, identify trends and patterns, and take proactive measures to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Collaborate effectively with internal teams to advocate for client needs, drive product enhancements, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
Act as a customer advocate within the organization, championing the voice of the customer and leading initiatives to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
Conduct regular business reviews with clients to evaluate progress, discuss challenges and opportunities, and develop strategies for ongoing success.
Track and report on key performance metrics and provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on the data.

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
A Master's degree is preferred.
4-5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or consulting roles within the technology industry, preferably in cloud computing or IT services.
Extensive knowledge of cloud technologies, platforms, and services, including experience working with major providers such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and navigate complex client interactions.
Proven track record of driving customer success, delivering value to clients through effective relationship management, solution delivery, and strategic guidance.
Technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn and understand complex cloud solutions and architectures.
