As the Instructional Designer, you will work as a vital member of the L&D team, specifically responsible for designing, developing, and implementing global learning experiences.

In this role, you will:

• Assisting with developing and communicating a substantive professional development curriculum.
• Assisting in the Company’s ongoing development by identifying organisational and role-specific training needs delivering programs that enhance the Company’s overall capability.
• Project manage the development of individual digital and blended learning solutions, working with internal SMEs and external L&D developers on the creation of (e)Learning content.
• Map out training plans and schedules.
• Create exercises and activities to enhance the learning process.
• Use known education principles and stay up to date on new training methods and techniques.
• Create and integrate interactive elements into eLearning courses, including graphics, audio, narrations, gamification, etc.
• Translate business information and concepts into visually appealing, dynamic, and impactful learning content.
• Address changes and feedback to course deliverables promptly.
• Maintain project documentation and course data bases.
• Integrate technology in traditional courses and provide instructional technology support.
• Continuously improve and innovate e-Learning content through ongoing research and development.
