- Plan, develop, and implement a job analysis for all positions to provide clear and comprehensive statements of each job description.
- Assist with annual appraisal processing.
- Create/apply organizational charts, and structure modifications.
- Design, distribute, and measure the results of candidate experience surveys.
- Ability to handle confidential information.
- Help train and motivate the workforce
- Improve organizational structure to improve efficiency
- Improve the quality of life for employers and employees
- Ease transitions such as corporate mergers
- Study consumer behavior to help our employees understand what our customers are looking for
متطلبات الوظيفة
- Proven work experience in Organizational Development or similar role
- Experience working with employees from a variety of departments
- Ability to interview employees to understand their needs and how we can improve our organizational structure
- Relevant training and/or certifications as an Organizational developer.
- Excellent English is a Must.
