As the Production Executive, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the production process. You will collaborate with the research and development team to ensure the development of high-quality lubricant products. Your responsibilities will include managing the production schedule, optimizing production efficiency, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supervising the production staff. This role requires a strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work well under pressure.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and manage the production process, ensuring timely and efficient production of lubricant products.
- Collaborate with the research and development team to formulate new and improved engine oil lubricant products.
- Create and maintain the production schedule, ensuring adherence to deadlines and customer demands.
- Optimize production efficiency through effective resource planning and allocation.
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, including proper handling and storage of hazardous materials.
- Supervise and train production staff, ensuring their adherence to standard operating procedures and protocols.
- Monitor and analyze production data, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
