Duties & Responsibilities in Real Estate Sector
§ Understands and follows sales policies, procedures, guidelines, and standards.
§ Positions the company for prime opportunities by selling the organization’s capabilities and solutions and gathering information that will make a competent organizational approach to potential accounts.
§ Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships. Develop trusted relationships with Hospitality /Real Estate / Banking / Oil & gas, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.
§ Identifies possible opportunities for new Hotels projects through maintaining excellent knowledge of offered products of all company portfolio solutions.
§ Identifies potential accounts through client assessments (e.g. profitability, size of business, etc…) and client needs assessment (e.g. company capability of delivering products to client).
§ Develops exceptional knowledge of current and potential accounts and monitoring the budget of the client, explaining costs or expenditures and discussing new terms if necessary.
§ Responsible for the process of offer negotiations and closing deals.
§ Coordinates the efforts of groups serving the account (e.g. technical presales, Project Managers, Customer Support Engineers, etc…) to ensure a synergistic companywide approach to the account.
§ Coordinates with project managers to successfully handle the account from signing the contract till project finalization.
§ Monitors logistical functions concerning product delivery to account premises.
§ Coordinates with Finance & Accounting for assigned accounts collection activities.
§ Coordinates with technical Presales to prepare necessary account requirements through purchase orders.
§ Monitors client satisfaction and communicates client concerns.
§ Reports to Business Sales Manager

§ B.Sc. in Electronic and Communication Engineering, Computer Engineering or similar and relevant work experience.
§ Minimum 5 years of experience in selling technology in Hospitality /Real Estate / Banking / Oil & gas.
§ Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and negotiation skills.
§ Good Computer skills.
§ Proficiency in both Arabic and English language (speaking, reading and writing)
§ Maintaining a professional appearance and providing a positive company image to the public.
§ Will be an added value having years of experience selling Audio visual, Pro audio and lighting solutions.
