As a Consultant Gastroenterologist at SearchPlus HR, you will be responsible for providing expert medical care and specialized treatment to patients with diseases and disorders of the digestive system. You will diagnose and treat a wide range of gastrointestinal conditions, perform endoscopic procedures, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive patient care.

Responsibilities

Evaluate patients' medical history, symptoms, and perform thorough physical examinations
Order and interpret diagnostic tests, such as endoscopy, colonoscopy, and imaging studies
Diagnose and treat various gastrointestinal conditions, such as gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), irritable bowel syndrome (IBS), and inflammatory bowel disease (IBD)
Perform endoscopic procedures, including biopsies, polypectomies, and stent placements
Prescribe and manage medications, therapies, and dietary recommendations
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
Stay updated on the latest advancements and research in the field of gastroenterology

متطلبات الوظيفة

Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant Gastroenterologist
Proven experience in diagnosing and treating various gastrointestinal conditions
Expertise in performing endoscopic procedures, such as endoscopy and colonoscopy
Strong knowledge of gastroenterology principles, practices, and treatment options
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare team members
Detail-oriented mindset and ability to manage and prioritize multiple cases
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills specific to gastroenterology
