What will you do?
- Build and refine collections policy based on your experience.
- Engage in direct and empathetic communication with clients.
- Enforce collections with a balanced and professional approach.
- Establish a robust collections system integrating technology and data.
- Ensure strict adherence to the established collections system.
- Generate comprehensive reports to track collections performance.
- Provide regular reports to relevant stakeholders, offering insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

What skills do you need?
- 6+ years of hands-on collections experience in a bank or NBFI " Nonbanking financial institution"
- Professional demeanor in client interactions
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Strong analytical abilities for data interpretation and reporting
- Strategic thinking to build and refine collections policies
- Adaptability in enforcing collections with empathy and firmness
- Proficient in collections systems and technologies
- Ability to generate comprehensive reports and present insights to stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in setting and refining collections strategies based on a deep understanding of debt recovery processes.
- Proven track record of leveraging industry knowledge to develop effective and compliant collections policies.
- Successful implementation of strategic initiatives that enhance efficiency and maximize recovery outcomes.
