Night Receptionist - Job Details
As a Night Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests during the night shift, ensuring that they have an excellent stay at our Buca/Messini Beachclubs. You'll provide exceptional customer service, handle guest inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks.
This position requires late-night working hours, usually from 11 pm to 7 am. You'll be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the reception area during this time, ensuring that guests are looked after and any issues or queries are resolved in a timely manner.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome guests as they arrive and assist with check-ins/check-outs
- Respond to guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the resort, facilities, and activities
- Handle guest complaints, finding appropriate solutions to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage reservations, ensuring all relevant information is recorded and communicated to the appropriate departments
- Maintain a clean and tidy reception area
- Complete administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a same role, preferably in a hotel or resort environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle difficult situations
- Attention to detail and accuracy in handling guest information
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in Greek & English is mandatory
- Computer literacy
