Our esteemed client, a leading U.S.-based real estate development firm known for its innovative and premium projects, is currently seeking a Director of Business Development (Real Estate) for their Vietnam office. The primary focus of this role is to raise private equity capital, predominantly through high-net-worth individuals, for investment in various real estate projects. Additionally, the role requires a deep understanding of the debt market to enable effective capital lending for these projects. The successful candidate will have the sole responsibility for driving market results, overseeing development, and managing property sales. The position offers a highly competitive salary that exceeds industry standards and includes the potential for relocation to the USA. Key Responsibilities:

متطلبات الوظيفة

  • Currently employed as a wealth manager or private banker, managing funds for high-net-worth individuals.
  • Minimum of 30 years of successful managerial experience in a large Private Equity firm, Family Office, Private Bank, or Real Estate Fund.
  • An entrepreneurial mindset, with an inclination towards a self-employment model, and an interest in potential relocation to the USA.
  • Experience in real estate development is highly desirable.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
  • Familiarity with or knowledge of the EB5 VISA investor program.
  • Proven track record in capital raising, preferably in a Private Equity Firm, Private Banking, Debt Fund, or Investment Management Firm.
  • Demonstrated success in raising capital from private High Net Worth individuals.
  • Strong skills in business development, sales, deal closing, and sales presentation.
