Job Title: Computer Support Specialist
Job Duties: To answer calls and/or respond to emails within our IT Call Center from users regarding technical issues they're experiencing may it be hardware/software.
Skills: Software (Windows 10/11, MS O365, Adobe) and Hardware (Laptops/Printers/Scanners).
Abilities: Professional, respectful, provide great customer service with verbal communication and writing ability. Able to work well with other team staff.
Provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, electronic mail, and operating systems;
Preferred Education: High School; Technical Degree/Certificate Program
