Responsibilities:
- Deliver a wide range of products to customers promptly and safely.
- Load, unload, prepare, and inspect deliveries in accordance with company standards.
- Adhere to assigned routes and follow time schedules.
- Interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Complete paperwork and maintain accurate delivery records.
- Perform vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues.
- Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
- Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean and in good working condition.
- Assist in other warehouse tasks as needed.

What You'll Do:
- Drive vehicles to move e-bikes.
- Load and unload bikes, spare parts, and accessories onto vehicles and dock and undock bikes at stations.
- Communicate with dispatch using the provided phone/radio/GPS unit interface.
- Dealing with invoices/bills on CRM
- Adhere to safe work practices and contribute to creating a secure working environment.
- The schedule is a 2-day-on-2-day-off schedule.
Requirements:
- Hold a valid Driver's License and vehicle to carry 5+ e-bikes.
- Comfortable using a smartphone with apps.
- Ability to drive, stop, and work in busy, urban outdoor environments.
- Reliability in following an assigned schedule.
- Willingness to follow instructions, seek clarification and request feedback for performance improvement.
- Capability to lift to 75 pounds and engage in activities like stooping, bending, kneeling, or standing for extended periods.
