  • · Guide and mentor teams in embracing Agile principles and values.
  • · Provide coaching and support to multiple Scrumyad teams, ensuring understanding and adherence to Agile practices.
  • · Assess the current state of Agile maturity within the organization and develop strategies to improve it.
  • · Identify and implement Agile best practices across teams and departments.
  • · Facilitate Agile workshops, training sessions, and ceremonies to promote Agile understanding and adoption.
  • · Act as a change agent, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
  • · Collaborate with leadership to support the Agile transformation journey.
  • · Assist in resolving conflicts, impediments, and challenges in the Agile process.
  • · Enable effective collaboration and communication between teams and stakeholders.
  • · Track and measure the progress of Agile adoption within the organization.
  • · English: Advanced & Arabic is preferable.
  • · Very good knowledge of the banking operations and requirements.

  • · Coach and mentor multiple Agile teams to ensure they understand and follow Agile principles.
  • · Monitor and assess team progress, offering guidance and support to overcome challenges.
  • · Assist in the refinement of Agile methodologies, ensuring teams adhere to best practices.
  • · Develop and execute strategies to enhance Agile processes and practices.
  • · Foster a culture of continuous improvement and learning within teams.
  • · Encourage and support teams in adapting to change and embracing an Agile mindset.
  • · Support the resolution of conflicts and impediments that hinder Agile processes.
  • · Implement and monitor metrics to evaluate and improve Agile team performance.
  • · Conduct regular assessments and feedback sessions to identify areas for improvement.
  • · Guide Agile tools and techniques to enhance team productivity. · Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures, and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner.
  • · Performs other related duties or assignments as directed.
  • · Compliance with all relevant safety, quality, and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment.

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience working as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or in a similar Agile leadership role.

Proven track record of guiding multiple teams in successful Agile adoption.

Experience in conducting Agile training, workshops, and mentoring sessions
