As the captain of our manufacturing site, you'll wield significant influence over both the day-to-day and strategic direction of our operations. Your mission will be multifaceted - from optimizing production and championing safety to steering financial performance and nurturing our team's growth. Here's a snapshot of your key contributions:
- Operational Leadership: Elevate our operation to a 24/7 production powerhouse, strategically expanding shifts and rallying a high-caliber team to exceed production and quality benchmarks.
- Culture Champion: Embed our core values deep within our operations, driving initiatives that boost customer satisfaction and team engagement.
- Strategic Navigation: Craft and execute forward-thinking operational strategies, aligning with company-wide objectives to hit targets in safety, quality, productivity, and customer service.
