Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and pain points
Analyze current business processes, map them to SAP, complete requirements identification and fit-gap analysis, and identify areas for improvement and automation within the SAP SD, MM and CRM modules by identifying “as-is-processes” and providing proposals for “to- be-processes
Collaborate with technical teams to define technical requirements
Collaborate with business key users and dependent technical areas to perform end-to-end testing and resolve any issues that arise by identifying key drivers of defined problems and proposing solutions using analysis, experience, and judgment
Provide training and support to end users on how to effectively use the SAP system
Design SAP solutions that align with business needs and best practices and configure SAP settings and integration with other SAP modules
Create functional specification/configuration documents, conduct blueprint/design workshops for one or more processes and collaborate with IT and other functional areas teams to ensure the end-to-end process integration and consistency
Administer and support Salesforce CRM system and other Business Applications including e-invoicing, e-learning, and HR applications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
Proven record of experience as a Business Analyst, with a significant focus of at least 5 years on SAP SD implementation and optimization
5 years of experience in configuring and implementing the following SAP modules: SD, MM, CRM
Working experience in Salesforce CRM
Experience within the pharmaceutical industry or a regulated environment is highly desirable
Advanced problem solving and critical thinking skills with the ability to analyze complex business processes, identify pain points, and propose creative solutions that align with both SAP capabilities and business goals
Excellent communication skills to effectively consult with various levels of management and stakeholders, gather requirements, convey complex technical information in a clear manner
Proven ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and perform in a team environment
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive adoption of new processes and systems
