Responsibilities
- Assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms
- Conduct comparative market analysis to estimate properties' value
- Showcase and market real property to potential buyers
- Provide guidance on market conditions, prices, mortgages, and legal requirements
- Collaborate with external stakeholders such as contractors, home inspectors, and attorneys
