As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, assisting them with any inquiries, technical issues, or concerns they may have.
Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Provide timely and accurate responses to customer requests
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues by providing step-by-step instructions or escalating to the appropriate technical team
- Ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent, customer-centric support
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and updates in our CRM system
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends
