- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Cost Accountant in an engineering or project-based environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
- Knowledge of project management principles is a plus.
- CA or CMA certification is preferred.
