Talent 360 is hiring " Sr. HR Technical Recruiter" for one of our clients :

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and expectations for senior roles
  • Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, and industry events.
  • Proactively source, identify, and engage passive candidates while maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for present and future needs.
  • Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including CV screening, initial interviews, and reference checks, to ensure candidates align with both the role and the company culture.
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from initial contact to offer acceptance.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to hiring managers on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive talent landscapes to inform hiring decisions.
  • Use applicant tracking systems and other tools to manage candidate data, maintain recruitment metrics, and generate reports for management review..
  • Stay up to date on industry best practices and trends in recruitment and talent acquisition, sharing insights and implementing improvements to the recruitment process.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: 5+ years’ experience as a recruiter or similar roles.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or master's degree in human resources or a similar field is an advantage.
  • Languages: Excellent conversational and written English.
  • Tools and Applications:
  • Excellent knowledge of all MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Experience using enterprise ATSs.
  • Experience using sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and LinkedIn Talent Insights.


Work conditions:

  • Working hours : from 9:00 to 5:00 OR from 10:00 to 6:00
  • Fridays and Saturdays are off
  • Location : Maadi
