About the job:

We are seeking an experienced HR Specialist to join our team who will be responsible for a variety of HR functions, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and compliance with labor laws and company policies.

Technical profile/ Your duties:

Personnel Records and Document Management:

  • Create and maintain personnel records for each employee.
  • Ensure completeness and accuracy of employees' files.
  • Manage the archiving process effectively.

On-boarding and Off-boarding:

  • Facilitate the on-boarding process for new hires.
  • Coordinate with relevant departments for IT and office setup.
  • Handle the off-boarding process for departing employees.

Contracts and Social Insurance:

  • Manage employees' contracts and social insurance.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

HR Reporting:

  • Prepare reports related to headcount, turnover, and other HR metrics.
  • Consolidate data for payroll preparation.
  • Provide reports to relevant departments.

Attendance and Time Management:

  • Monitor and record employees' working time and attendance.
  • Track and manage employees' absences.
  • Issue legal warnings when necessary.

Employee Support and Services:

  • Assist employees with HR-related inquiries and concerns.
  • Provide support for HR services and processes.
  • Help organize company events.

Desired Skills And Experience

Who we are looking for?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of experience as an HR Specialist or in a similar HR role.
  • Good knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements
  • Fundamental understanding of IT services/software development
