This position is fully remote, however we would like the candidate to be located in one of the following areas: Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Phoenix, St. Louis, Atlanta, New York
As a Global Mobility Specialist/Consultant, you will be the central contact to manage the Short-Term International Work (Remote Work) cases. You will partner with one of our largest client's Global Mobility Team, Managers, and employees globally to ensure the seamless management of remote work requests based on the requirements of the program. You will be the primary contact for participating employees and will manage the full life cycle of the program. This includes reviewing and applying internal policies, confirming eligibility of each request and ensuring their employees receive a superior employee experience. You will cross train with other members of the team to ensure coverage due to high volumes or back up coverage.

Required Qualifications and Experience
● Bachelor degree or equivalent years of experience
● Customer-service focus
● Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills
● Ability to work with tight deadlines and high volumes in a fast paced environment
● Familiarity with Workday, Google Suite, and Equus Assignment Pro a plus
