This position is fully remote, however we would like the candidate to be located in one of the following areas: Seattle, Portland, San Francisco, Phoenix, St. Louis, Atlanta, New York

As a Global Mobility Specialist/Consultant, you will be the central contact to manage the Short-Term International Work (Remote Work) cases. You will partner with one of our largest client's Global Mobility Team, Managers, and employees globally to ensure the seamless management of remote work requests based on the requirements of the program. You will be the primary contact for participating employees and will manage the full life cycle of the program. This includes reviewing and applying internal policies, confirming eligibility of each request and ensuring their employees receive a superior employee experience. You will cross train with other members of the team to ensure coverage due to high volumes or back up coverage.

Manage Global Mobility STIW Caseload, including:                                                          

  • Case management using Global Mobility software (Equus Assignment Pro),
  • Conduct verification of use of the program per each request with employee, manager, HRBP,
  • Manage the review and signing of documents required by the program,
  • Respond to program specific inquiries through the Global Mobility shared mailbox,
  • Check in with employees after arrival at their destination.
  • Conduct case audits to ensure requirements are fulfilled prior to use of program                 

Assist Global Mobility Team with:                                                                                

  • Maintenance of the Global Mobility mailbox and public Google Folders; maintenance of process workflows                                                      
  • Compliance - Help ensure use of the program is compliant with all internal controls; partner with immigration team to ensure employer sponsored employees are notified of appropriate communications while participating in the program           
  • Handle confidential employee information with discretion    
  • Research and assess facts to determine their impact on the program.               

Required Qualifications and Experience

●        Bachelor degree or equivalent years of experience

●        Customer-service focus

●        Excellent written, verbal, and organizational skills

●        Ability to work with tight deadlines and high volumes in a fast paced environment

●        Familiarity with Workday, Google Suite, and Equus Assignment Pro a plus
