As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in providing tactical support to the HR Business Partners (HRBPs) and/or HR Manager, ensuring effective implementation of HR processes and services within the assigned functions or locations. This position involves operational HR advice, supporting people-related projects, and handling day-to-day HR processes.

Operational HR Support

  • Provide operational HR advice to one or multiple functions/locations.
  • Collaborate closely with HRBPs and/or HR Manager to support day-to-day HR processes.
  • Assist in delivering and implementing HR products and services within the collaborator group.

People Planning

  • Support the Senior HRBP and HRBP in developing and implementing the people plan within the function.
  • Chip in to activities such as performance calibration, talent forums, training and development, and other people projects.

Employee Processes Management

  • Handle employee-related processes, including recruitment, onboarding, and talent management.
  • Support broader advisory functions with activities like performance calibration, talent planning, and training and development.

Query Resolution

  • Be the second line of support for queries that Ask.HR cannot immediately address.
  • Investigate legacy issues, patterns, or further background information to resolve sophisticated queries.
  • Engage with Centers of Excellence (COE) or HR Operations to propose solutions in the absence of existing policies.

HR Data Reporting

  • Take charge of HR data reporting through tools like People Dashboard, Workday reports, etc.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.

Knowledge/Skills

  • Proven knowledge of functional/regional employee legislation and policies (Southern Europe, Middle East and Africa).
  • Problem solving and can do demeanor
  • Learning agility and strong ownership
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with strong communication skills.
  • Proficiency in HR systems, such as Workday.
