Our client is a reputable manufacturer of Aluminum Composite Panels and specializes in Aluminum Coil Coating.

We are looking for a Sales Coordinator. The role involves handling customer inquiries, preparing sales documents, and ensuring smooth communication within the organization.

Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and walk-ins.
  • Check prices and coordinate with production for timely deliveries.


Document Preparation:

  • Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and tax invoices.
  • Generate sales reports for performance tracking.


Database Management:

  • Maintain customer and price list databases.
  • Regularly update customer information.


Order Monitoring:

  • Monitor and update customers on delivery status.


Incoming Inquiries:

  • Respond promptly to sales inquiries via phone, fax, and email.
  • Prepare the required brochures.
  • Follow up on inquiries and facilitate client show rounds.
  • Contract bookings, raise invoices, and coordinate client details.
  • Respond to internal meeting requests.
  • Assist in implementing the sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve targets.
  • Encourage repeat business through client networking.
  • Contribute ideas to marketing initiatives and actively promote them.
  • Maintain contacts with professional bodies and potential clients through networking events.


Qualifications:

  • At least 2 to 5 years of previous experience in a sales coordination role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP software.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Timings: Monday to Saturday, 09.00 AM to 06.00 PM

Location: Dubai Industrial City - Company Transportation is provided from Discovery Gardens to DIC, and DIC to Discovery Gardens.
